Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Validate timecards daily for missing punches & allocation to appropriate department & Job. Submit employee hours for payroll. Prepare advertisements to recruit employees, conduct orientation programs for new employees and in-service training programs; complete employee evaluations. Work with department supervisors to determine recruitment of necessary work force. Monitor budget FTE's by job. Interpret personnel policies, employee handbooks, and resident rights to staff members. File required federal and state employee records and forms at the time of employment, during employment, and at termination. Assist employees with benefit enrollments. Aware of employment laws, rules, and regulations; and post required posters, such as OSHA, EEOC, Minimum Wage, etc., be required to attend hearings on unemployment claims and EEOC charges, etc. Maintain past, current, and future employee records and files. Maintain adequate documentation for orientation, training, counseling, etc. Employee Relations between Corporate Office and Facility staff. Additional HR job duties to ensure HR procedures run smoothly at all times. This position will work in partnership with another individual to fulfill shared duties.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree with a job-related major is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of experience in

Ability to develop and maintain relationships Accountable, responsible, & dependable Ability to work well alone and with others Ability to multitask Efficient time management skills Outgoing, friendly and organized personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos is a plus This position is full time, Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm; minimum times outside of these hours may be required. Salary range will depend on experience.

From $21.00 per hour
