Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a distributed organization based in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of core HR operations while partnering closely with leadership and working independently in a remote environment. The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, onboarding coordination, and HR process support for a global workforce.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations across a remote employee population, ensuring processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee paid family and medical leave programs, including coordination, documentation, and employee support throughout the leave cycle.
  • Manage benefits-related activities such as enrollments, updates, eligibility changes, and responses to employee questions.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to create a smooth and organized experience for new hires joining the company.
  • Provide project support for HR initiatives by tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and helping drive completion of key deliverables.
  • Maintain and update employee information within HR systems while supporting overall HR data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal HR leaders and cross-functional partners to support people operations across domestic and international teams.
  • Contribute knowledge of employer-of-record practices when supporting HR processes involving international workers.
