Job Description
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Specialist (Journeyman) to deliver comprehensive HR support services for a federal customer. This role is responsible for executing human capital functions across civilian and military personnel programs, ensuring compliance, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting program leadership with HR-related needs. Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum employment services, including screening, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees. Administer key HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, workplace health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, and employee engagement. Manage HR activities related to leave administration, payroll coordination, and personnel records maintenance. Support Civilian Human Resource Management and Military & Civilian Manpower Management activities. Communicate policies, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide HR guidance to Program Managers (PMs) and Product Managers (PdMs). Coordinate with HR staff and external vendors to support daily operations and resolve HR-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Assist in developing HR reports, data calls, and documentation to support leadership requirements.
Required Qualifications Education:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university OR an additional four years of relevant experience (total of seven years) may substitute for the degree requirement.Field of Study:
Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or Management.Experience:
Minimum of three years of related experience in DoD HR administration. Experience supporting civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations. Knowledge in Civilian HR Management and Military/Civilian Manpower Management.Clearance:
