About the Opportunity The People & Culture Specialist serves as the Talent Acquisition Champion within our People & Culture Center of Excellence, playing a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and organizational growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional employee experiences, and helping organizations scale thoughtfully and strategically. You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to help attract, hire, onboard, and support top talent while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Serve as the Champion of Talent Acquisition by driving recruiting excellence and building scalable hiring processes aligned with organizational growth Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire Support workforce planning initiatives by identifying talent trends, gaps, and future organizational needs Employee Experience & Operations Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire orientation experiences Maintain employee records and HRIS data within Paycom Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations Support employee relations efforts through documentation, policy guidance, and investigation support Assist with employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, training coordination, and compliance projects Maintain confidentiality while supporting employees and leaders with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and People Operations Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruit for multiple roles simultaneously Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience working within HRIS systems, Paycom preferred Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Equivalent experience may be considered 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience preferred Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus Why Join BAA?
