Job Description
HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, HRIS updates, and performance management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at balancing administrative excellence with employee support.
Responsibilities:
? Administer employee benefits, FMLA, and leave of absence programs. ? Conduct onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities. ? Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers. ? Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. ? Manage HRIS data and prepare HR reports for leadership. ? Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field. ? 3?5 years of progressive HR experience. ? Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. ?
