Responsibilities
The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. - .Summary
- As a Talent Partner, you will work with the regional Human Resources Manager/Director to proactively recruit talent into the organization and to develop and improve talent retention practices.
Responsibilities
- Establish talent pipeline for key service positions in each of the five departments
- Develop professional relationships with industry groups, local universities and civic organizations for candidate sourcing, internship partnership, and diversity outreach
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other online resources to identify candidates for talent pipeline
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media formats to build talent brand
- Conduct call and email campaigns regularly to create warm leads with candidates
- Make introductions between candidates, HR, and management by scheduling calls, interviews, or meetings
- Work with HR Manager/Director to discuss compatibility of pipeline candidates for open positions
- Serve as point person for onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate with hiring managers on a detailed onboarding plan for each new hire
- Oversee first 90 days of new hire experience, including 90-day checklist and mentor/buddy program
- Conduct orientation meetings for all new hires
- Conduct 90-day review meetings with all new hires
- Train new hires on Development Plans, overseeing employees' completion of them
- Coordinate with managers on cadence of regular 1 on 1 meetings with employees
- Support HR Manager/Director with regional employee recognition program
- Oversee staffing, compensation, and other employee-related changes in our HRIS system Workday
- Perform other related duties as necessaryQualifications
- 2+ years of previous administrative or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Technical proficiency, comfortable navigating new software and websites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build relationships, especially with senior leadership
- High attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/priorities with different deadlines
- Ability to work with remote locations
- Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required
- Recruiting experience required; especially for a call center and/or experience with Retirement & Private WealthTo perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
