Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead for the scheduling team, providing day-to-day guidance and support Oversee and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure all client care needs are fully covered Assign and adjust shifts based on staff availability, verified qualifications, and client requirements as directed by the care plan Manage callouts, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs Monitor scheduling coverage and follow through to ensure all shifts are filled and documented appropriately Review and verify timesheets, attendance, LTSS and EVV entries for accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction Ensure services provided match authorized hours and care plans Review visit notes and documentation for completeness, timeliness, and alignment with authorized services (non-clinical review) Communicate with case managers and partners to ensure timely submission of required notes and records Track and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation Escalate staffing conflicts, documentation issues, or compliance concerns to clinical or administrative leadership as appropriate Help train and onboard scheduling staff and ensure consistency in processes Help maintain organized and accurate client and employee records Support HR and payroll processes by ensuring nursing staff information, schedules, and time records are accurate and up to date Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basisQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred Prior administrative experience in healthcare scheduling, home health or LTSS/Medicaid programs strongly preferred Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and external partners Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA standards recblid vom384379viuyvniut4uo2my6n4z7v

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing staff schedules, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring that all timekeeping and documentation are accurate and compliant with LTSS, EVV and Medicaid requirements. This role serves as the lead for scheduling operations, helping guide the scheduling team, maintain consistency in processes, and ensure reliable staffing coverage across all cases.
