Job Description
CONTRACT
Position 100% On-site Dublin, CA/Tri Valley Area We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across the full employee lifecycle for a designated region. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance tracking, and offboarding processes. This is a Contract position based in Dublin, California, this opportunity offers the chance to partner with regional leadership and ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leave management processes, including documentation, reporting, and facilitating return-to-work or light-duty arrangements.
- Administer HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, leave of absence requests, and annual performance evaluations while providing support to managers in handling employee relations matters.
- Assist in conducting employee investigations, ensuring proper documentation, and applying company policies effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records, track certifications and training requirements, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including resignations and terminations, removal of system access, and conducting exit interviews.
- Analyze turnover trends and share actionable insights with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and offering guidance on company policies.
- Support benefit administration processes and oversee HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive work environment and address regional HR needs effectively.
