Human Resources Generalist Position Type:

Direct Hire Salary:

$60,000- $70,000 (based on experience) Are you an HR professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact? We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in supporting employees, leaders, and business operations. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Support employee relations and performance management initiatives Administer benefits and leave programs Maintain HRIS records and employee files Assist with safety, compliance, and OSHA-related activities Coordinate training and employee development programs Lead employee engagement and culture-building efforts Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Qualifications Previous Human Resources experience required Knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Manufacturing environment experience is a plus Why Apply?
