FCA Group We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Protection Investigator to join our global brand protection and investigations team. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding our company's intellectual property, reputation, and consumer trust by identifying, investigating, and mitigating threats such as counterfeit parts, trademark infringements, illicit online sales, and gray-market distribution. You will conduct investigations across the supply chain, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and work closely with law enforcement and legal teams to protect our brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and investigate threats to company brands, including counterfeit automotive parts, illegal trademark use, gray market activities, and online fraud
Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather intelligence from open-source platforms, internal data, e-commerce sites, and market surveillance to build actionable cases Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Security) and external partners (law enforcement, customs, industry coalitions) to drive enforcement actions Support civil and criminal enforcement efforts, including coordinating raids, customs seizures, and litigation support Prepare clear, detailed investigative reports and present findings to management Assist in developing training programs to educate employees, dealers, and customers on brand protection best practices Monitor global trends in counterfeiting and IP infringement to recommend proactive strategies EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
