You will serve as a key finance business partner, responsible for optimizing reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable business insights. We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented analyst who can manage complex data consolidation and independently drive process improvements. Prior FTE tracking or HR reporting experience is not required; we are primarily looking for core financial and data analysis skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems to solve problems.
