Job description Grand Rapids, MI $60,000-$70,000 Full-Time | M-F Our client, a growing organization in the Grand Rapids area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership on key initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a balance of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and process improvement. Position Overview The Human Resources Generalist will manage a wide range of HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management support, and compliance. This position works closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive workplace culture and consistent HR practices.
