• Contract Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Fractional Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join our team on a project basis .

This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve a variety of clients in multiple HR capacities.

Responsibilities could include:

Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic HR plans aligned with client and organizational goals. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective conflict management techniques. Oversee performance management processes including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions to support continuous development. Facilitate training & development initiatives to enhance skills, compliance, and leadership capabilities across teams. Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA and affirmative action planning. Utilize HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, Workday, ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro for data collection, analysis, and process improvement efforts. Support organization design and succession planning efforts to ensure workforce agility and future readiness. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires including employee orientation to foster engagement from day one. Assist in HR sourcing activities by leveraging platforms like Paylocity or Ceridian to attract diverse talent pools. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on employee relations, HR program implementation. Demonstrated ability to manage change management initiatives within complex organizational structures. Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate discussions at all levels of the organization. Experience with process improvement projects related to HR operations and benefits administration. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
