Day Shift Position Overview:
Our Manufacturing client is seeking an HR Generalist / Administrative HR professional to support their team on a full time contract basis through December 2026. While this role is approved through year end, there is potential for long term hire for the right individual, though it is not guaranteed. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative HR background who has experience supporting Human Resources functions in a fast paced environment. The company is looking for a professional, organized, and adaptable individual who can assist with day to day HR operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR and administrative operations Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel files Coordinate meetings, schedules, and HR related communications Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records Provide administrative support to leadership and HR team members Assist with employee inquiries and general office support Help manage reports, spreadsheets, and HR tracking documents Support recruiting coordination and interview scheduling as needed Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Previous experience in Human Resources, administrative support in a Manufacturing Environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience supporting executives or leadership teams preferred
Additional Information:
Compensation will depend on experience level Interview process will include at minimum a Teams meeting Client is seeking someone who can start quickly and provide strong administrative and HR support through the end of the year INDMary
