Human Resources Generalist Hansae Mobility US Manufacturing Pontiac, MI Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Writing skills HR legal compliance English Bachelor's degree HR compliance Recruiting Employment law in talent management Manual handling Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Generalist who is in the early stages of their career and are looking for an opportunity to develop and grow; to assist in recruitment and hiring and provide administrative support to the HR department. They will be responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support and assist in creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide support in the functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, employee relations, new hire administration and termination. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Responds to employment- related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Conduct thorough employee relations investigations and determine and/or recommend the best corrective action for each situation while ensuring the solutions comply with polices and laws. Maintain data in HRIS systems including conducting audits to ensure data integrity; prepare and generate reports for management review. Company organizational chart and employee files Execute & assist with other projects/tasks as assigned. Experience, Education & Language Degree and major: bachelor's degree in human resources-related field or combination of schooling and 2+ years of on-the-job experience.
Language:
English (Fluent), Korean is plus Skills, Requirements and Competencies Knowledgeable in local and federal labor laws as well as HR principles, practices and procedures. Critical thinking skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels within an organization. Physical Requirements and Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional walking, standing, bending lifting, and reaching. Repetitive movement of hands and fingers- typing and or writing Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
