HRSPECIALIST
Due to our continued growth, we currently have a newly created position open for a human resource professional. The focus of this position will be on specific HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee benefits and relations to support our organizational success. We realize this role is crucial to the overall culture of our company so we are wanting to find someone enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to both company productivity and employee satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture along with the scheduling of employee reviews. Administering compensation and benefits programs (401(k) plans, PTO, health & supplemental insurance, health savings accounts and other employee benefits). Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives. Tracking HR metrics and assisting with policy updates, legal notices, and government reporting. Administering our safety program. Other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will have the following: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with HR software and payroll systems, experience with BambooHR a definite plus. A bachelor's degree in human resources preferred but experience or certifications in HR, recruiting, or benefits administration will be considered. Experience in creating SOPs and training videos would be plus.Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be based on a combination of education & experience. We have a generous benefit package that includes health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, supplemental insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
