Job Description
Title:
Human Resources Associate -Temporary Full-Time Location:
Golden Valley, MN Schedule:
Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours. Temporary for roughly 6 months.Wage:
$23.00 hourly including Full-Time benefits andPaid Time Off Essential Job Duties:
- Support bulk data entry projects related to onboarding, benefits enrollment, and compliance tracking
- Enter, update, and verify employee data across HR systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Process new hire and employee change documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and organize electronic employee records within M-Files and other systems
- Perform data audits and validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of HR records
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree (associates, bachelors) is preferred
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written skills)
- Intermediate Microsoft skills, including Excel
- Outstanding customer service standards and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
- Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy
