Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working independently and across multiple areas of human resources from employee relations and supporting recruitment to compliance and HR administration. You'll play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership to create a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and recordkeeping. Partner with managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. Assist the recruiter when needed in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate new hire orientation and training initiatives. Support performance management and employee engagement efforts. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-3 years of HR generalist or related HR experience. Understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
