Job Description

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on vendor management, onboarding, and compliance coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong organizational and communication skills who thrive in metric-driven settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify suitable vendors using search engines, mapping tools, or AI-based platforms.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding by guiding them through documentation requirements, answering queries, and uploading necessary files.
  • Track vendor service locations and provide updates to the internal team regarding onboarding progress.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to vendors to explain program benefits, address concerns, and secure commitments.
  • Support compliance initiatives by educating vendors on performance expectations and alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of vendor contracts and amendments in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to monitor contract documentation, compliance status, and onboarding activities.
  • Submit and track internal change forms to ensure accurate record-keeping and consistency.
  • Follow-up with urgency to drive vendor onboarding and completion within set timelines.
