Job Description

Job Summary The Sr. HR Generalist position is responsible for performing full-scope human resources services within the position's level of responsibility. These services may include payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and other HR-related projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong HR knowledge, can work independently, and the ability to assist in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This position is located in St. Charles, MO and there is no relocation assistance. Responsibilities Responsible for a variety of cross-functional duties in the administration of human resources for the organization including recruiting, payroll, employee relations, employee morale, benefits, etc. Lead full-cycle recruitment, including defining staffing needs, posting roles, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding. Manages processes connected with onboarding new employees, employee separations, and employee updates while utilizing the company HRIS platform. Coordinates new hire and benefit orientation and supports ongoing employee training programs. Assist in open enrollment and benefits related questions, including medical leaves (ADA/FMLA), as well as ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll process. Assist with the performance management process through the HRIS platform. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Implement strategies to create an inclusive and welcoming workplace. Ensure all HR policies are in compliance with laws and regulations. Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence. Work with managers to resolve and prevent employee relation issues. Partner with senior leadership as needed on more complex HR issues and concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or applicable years of experience 10+ years of experience in a Generalist role In-Depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong Leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
