Job Description

Responsibilities HR intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across key human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR projects. Create process documentation Assist with updating HR manual Help maintain files and records Conduct I-9 audits Participate in HR projects focused on improvements Requirements Current enrollment in college or university Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Basic proficiency in Microsoft office Ability to handle confidential information professionally
