Description:
Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to employees on a variety of HR matters, including policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations issues.
Performance Management:
Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
HR Projects:
Participate in special projects related to HR initiatives, such as implementing new HR systems or programs.
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferred Strong understanding of employment law and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Benefits Competitive salary starting at $23 / hour.
