Job Description
Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist and become a vital driver of organizational success! In this energetic role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help shape our workplace culture, support talent development, and streamline HR processes to empower our workforce. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via Indeed and paper applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires through comprehensive employee orientation programs. Oversee employee evaluation procedures and performance management initiatives to support continuous development and organizational growth. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits enrollment, ensure accurate data entry and efficient benefits management. Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning to promote a safe and equitable workplace environment. Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations when necessary, and supporting change management initiatives to adapt organizational structures effectively. Coordinate training & development sessions to enhance workforce skills and support succession planning efforts aligned with strategic organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools Knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards. Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive employee relations and manage conflict effectively. Demonstrated ability to implement change management strategies and support organizational design initiatives.
