Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY
This is an Onsite position based at our location in Wichita Falls, TX. There are no Visa sponsorships available for this position. The Human Resources Generalist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring the smooth, accurate, and compliant delivery of Human Resources services. This role is responsible for supporting Human Resources systems and processes, coordinating key employee lifecycle activities, and delivering a high standard of service to employees and managers. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate closely with the Shared Services Center to maintain accurate and up-to date employee records and ensure data integrity across Human Resources platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day Human Resources support to employees and supervisors on the manufacturing floor Driving hourly recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientation for plant employees Partner with the Human Resources Shared Services Center to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end Human Resources services across the employee lifecycle ("hire to retire") Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping data, and ensure documentation is compliant with company and legal standards Help enroll and train employees on systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Informational System) platforms like
ADP, SAP
SuccessFactors and Workforce Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to additional resources where applicable Assist with employee engagement activities and company events Support safety initiatives and compliance Participate in Human Resources projects and contribute to process improvement efforts Respond to unemployment claims and medical support orders as needed, ensuring accurate and timely handling in accordance with legal guidelines Serve as Human Resources support for staffing agencies, facilitating communication between agency representatives and hiring managers to ensure alignment on staffing needs and processes Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED) and two years' minimum experience in
Human Resources or Office Administration Required Skills:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and engaging with diverse employee groups
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Human Resources Systems such as Workforce Time and Attendance, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP Bilingual in English/Spanish #LI - Onsite
