The HR Operations Analyst - Professional serves as a primary People & Culture (P&C) support contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners while contributing to continuous improvement, employee experience, and operational excellence initiatives. This role blends front-line HR support expertise with a proactive improvement mindset, using day-to-day interactions, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance HR processes, systems, and employee experience. The Analyst acts as a bridge between service delivery and innovation by partnering with People Experience Solutions and other HR teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
P&C Contact Support & Employee Experience Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on HR-related topics. Provide front-line support by responding to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems. Deliver accurate, policy-aligned guidance while ensuring a high-quality employee experience. Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, maintaining clear documentation and timely follow-up. Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, employee changes, and offboarding. Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of communication. Promote and enable self-service solutions, guiding employees to available tools, resources, and knowledge content. Maintain compliance with all privacy, security, and data management standards. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Support with identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities through frontline interactions, service data, and feedback. Partner with People Experience Solutions and HR teams to design and implement process, system, and experience improvements. Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and documentation (e.g., workflows, SOPs, knowledge articles). Support the development and enhancement of self-service tools, portals, and digital HR experiences. Participate in improvement initiatives (e.g., process redesign, automation, service enhancements). Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of system or process changes. Leverage data, reporting, and emerging tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve efficiency and service quality. Who are you? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant HR operations, shared services, or employee support experience. Apply practical knowledge of HR processes, policies, and service delivery. Core Expectations Works independently with general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues with sound judgment. Influences stakeholders through clear communication and practical solutions. Balances service delivery with process improvement thinking. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service orientation with a focus on employee experience. Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Kaizen, or similar experience is a plus). Ability to connect frontline service insights to broader operational enhancements. Effective collaboration across People and Culture, People Experience, and technology teams. Ready for the next move? For this position, the base pay is set at $63,100 - $77,900 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
