Raeford, NC Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Relocation assistance Paid time off Qualifications Spanish English Full cycle recruiting Business Administration Business Associate's degree Full Job Description Position Summary The Recruitment and Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process while fostering positive employee relations across the organization. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring an excellent hiring experience, supporting workforce engagement, and promoting compliance with company policies and employment practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with employment verifications.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace concerns, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Support investigations related to employee complaints, workplace concerns, and policy violations.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters. Human Resources Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and compliance requirements.
Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in recruitment, HR, employee relations, or a related field preferred. Reports To Human Resources Manager / Regional Manager /
Director of Human Resources Pay:
$17.00 per hour
