Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in HRIS software systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong technical efficiency of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
