DOE Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting & Onboarding:
    Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct new-hire orientations. [1]
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and support performance management. [1, 2]
  • Benefits & Payroll:
    Assist with payroll processing and administer health benefits, leave of absence (FMLA/OFLA), and wellness programs. [1, 2]
  • Compliance & Records:
    Ensure company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, and maintain confidential personnel files within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Working hours: 8:00 AM

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • SHRM certification (CP/SCP or

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
