GED Full Job Description Learning Centers Hiring Coordinator:
The Learning Center Hiring Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and credentialing processes for all Learning Center staff. This position ensures that all Learning Centers are appropriately staffed with qualified personnel while maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, certification requirements, and organizational standards. The Hiring Coordinator oversees hiring activities, onboarding programs, employee credential tracking, fingerprinting services, and background check processes to support a highly qualified and compliant workforce. Collects employment requisitions for all open Learning Center positions from Regional and Program Directors and posts vacancies in UKG. Leads recruitment efforts for all Learning Center positions, including full-time and part-time teaching staff, food service staff, and other roles as needed. Screens applications, conducts interviews, makes offers of employment, determines site placement, and coordinates candidate selection processes for all Learning Center positions. Conducts and documents a minimum of three professional reference checks for final candidates prior to extending employment offers. Maintains recruitment records and provides regular updates regarding hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and staffing needs to Learning Center Leadership and Human Resources. Works proactively with Learning Center Leadership to assess workforce needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels across Learning Centers. Coordinates comprehensive onboarding processes for all new hires. Monitors compliance with all applicable requirements related to employee screening and recordkeeping. Partners closely with Regional Directors, Program Directors, and organizational leadership to support staffing and compliance initiatives. Provides regular reports and updates regarding hiring activities and staffing challenges. Identifies process improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency, onboarding effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Supports organizational goals by fostering a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. Manages part-time Learning Center staff who are on LOA and is primary point of contact for return date and site placement. Assists Learning Center staff with the North Dakota and Minnesota childcare background check renewal process. Provides direct support to Learning Center sites by assisting in classrooms and maintaining required staff-to-child ratios as needed to ensure safe and effective program operations. Acts as a backup for IDEMIA fingerprinting operations, assisting both employees and community members with fingerprinting services At least 18 years old AND High School Diploma or
