As our HR Operations Analyst, you will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of core HR functions, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless associate experience by:Driving HRIS Excellence & Data Integrity:
Serving as the primary functional owner of the UKG HRIS, managing all data entries and lifecycle transactions (hires, transfers, terminations). Conducting regular audits to ensure total data accuracy across payroll, benefits, and time-keeping systems. Managing theAssociate Journey & Benefits:
Executing the operational side of onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, I-9s, and community logistics. Managing leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) with a focus on clear communication and supportive return-to-work. Administering daily benefits operations, including enrollments, COBRA, and carrier invoice reconciliation.Ensuring Compliance & Operational Integrity:
Maintaining adherence to employment laws and preparing essential regulatory filings (EEO-1, OSHA, ACA). Keeping personnel records audit-ready and supporting workers' compensation and benefits audits.Empowering Excellence & Service Delivery:
Serving as the first point of response for associate and manager inquiries, providing high-quality and timely support. Identifying ways to streamline HR workflows and providing the reporting that helps our leadership team make data-driven decisions.What We're Looking For:
3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with multi-site or multi-state exposure preferred. Hands-on experience with an HRIS (UKG is a major plus) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus. A solid understanding of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and benefits regulations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred. Clear, professional, and service-oriented communication skills. Why Choose Heritage Communities?
