We are looking for a professional that is in sync with our mission-driven service delivery. Responsibilities Provide a full range of human resources programs and services supporting ISN's mission and values to management and employees. Act as a liaison and business partner. Manage employee relations. Administer human resources and benefits programs. Handle Workers' Compensation and associated regulatory compliance. Interface with the external parties such as insurance, IT support services. Engage in a variety of projects and initiatives as required. Education, Skills, & Abilities Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in human resources or psychology. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources is required. Certification in human resources preferred. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of state and federal legislation is required. Seamless ability to work well with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is required. Proficiency in Spanish/Nepali, a plus.
