Job Description

Position :
Human Resources Specialist - Data and HRIS focus
Location :
Nashua, NH Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally.
Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset Process data changes related to new hires, terminations, job assignments, compensation etc. Maintain and audit employment records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality Generate monthly, weekly, daily reports of employment data for various stakeholders Work with global HR workforce to support and train on HR data and systems Identify system and support improvements and execute changes through project management and stakeholder involvement Provide systems-related support for benefits administration, compliance processes, employment changes, and payroll Serve as subject matter expert for global HR module of ERP system, payroll system and other HRIS-related systems Support group for HRIS needs, data analysis, web site content management, support tools Ad hoc reports and data analysis and presentations to aid in making business decisions Assist with additional Human Resource projects as needed
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in an administrative or systems-related role; Human Resources experience preferred Bachelors degree is preferred Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Able to work with autonomy, embracing project ownership and curiosity Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
