Job Description

Monadnock Family Services Description:
The HR Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing hands-on support across employee relations, benefits, performance management, and leave administration. This role is essential to maintaining a responsive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. This position is well-suited for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee advocacy with organizational accountability. Key Responsibilities Serve as first-line support for employee relations concerns Administer benefits enrollment and employee education Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities Ensure confidential handling of employee information under HIPAA standards Provide recruiting and HR operations support
Requirements:
