Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape a positive workplace culture, support strategic HR functions, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent management strategies, streamline HR operations, and contribute to our company's growth and success. Duties Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs. Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration systems like ADP or Paychex, and workers' compensation claims processing. Oversee employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and supporting positive communication across teams using strong interpersonal skills. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, affirmative action planning, and OSHA requirements; maintain accurate HRIS data collection and reporting. Facilitate performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning to promote continuous development. Support organizational design projects and change management initiatives to optimize workforce structure and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate HR documentation including contracts, data entry records in systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on human capital management systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or Kronos. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and affirmative action planning. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo; experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and foster positive employee relations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting tasks. Familiarity with benefits administration platforms such as Paychex or Paylocity; experience with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is advantageous. Organizational skills to support workforce management initiatives including training & development programs and organization design projects. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
