Human Resources Generalist I

Onsite- This temp will should be knowledgable about US Government I-9 Form and requirements of the regulations. This temp needs to have computer skills, excellent excel skills to be able to do Pivot Tables, VLookUps, a lot of data manupliation, look up information, review reports etc. They will also be dealing with employee Personal Prviate Information (passports, Social Security Cards, Drivers Licenses etc.) confidential is a must. They will be working in our Fragomen Portal which houses our electronic I-9's in which audits would be conducted by them and the ability to get around and navagate the portal is required. Great Communication skills as they would be working directly with Managers, Employees & HR as needed on I-9's this commication could be through e-mail or verbally.
