MedHealth Financial Human Resources Internship - Summer & Fall 2026 MedHealth Financial is an expanding revenue management service delivering superior anesthesia billing services! We are easily and centrally located in Woodbridge, NJ. We are looking for motivated, hard-working NJ college students interested in an internship opportunity at a company that values an extraordinary level of service in a collaborate team environment! The MHF Human Resources Internship will provide knowledge and experience in many HR functional areas including benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, training & development and performance management. The Human Resources Intern will work under the guidance and alongside the HR Manager to gain experience not limited to the following areas: Recruitment, interviewing, selection and onboarding process Compliance for new and existing employees Working with HRIS and HCM systems Learning and understanding employee benefits, workers compensation, and differnt types of leaves Assisting with employee relations initiatives Researching relevant laws, best practices Learning and assisting with employment policies Additional HR projects This internship will have you assisting with posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, learning how to work in an HRIS system including entering and updating employee information and running and analyzing reports. You will assist with researching relevant laws for compliance and best practices to improve employee relations and much more! At the end of your internship, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the day to day of an HR Department and requirements of an HR Professional.
