Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team. This hands-on role serves as a key Human Resources partner and is directly responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to supporting employee relations, administering leaves of absence, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with extensive experience applying HR best practices, mitigating organizational risk, and ensuring consistent, legally compliant employment practices. They will have the ability to develop, strengthen, and maintain effective HR processes that support compliance and operational efficiency. Skills Leave of Absence Administration:
Independently administer all leave programs and return to work coordination, ensuring compliance. Familiar with updated leave compliance laws. Lead and document the ADA interactive process, including accommodation review.
Compliance & HR Support:
Support HR by strengthening structured HR processes that support daily operational consistency by maintaining organized and compliant HR programs and files. Oversee talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting activities, utilizing ATS systems. Supporting onboarding processes to ensure compliance. Preparation and submission of required HR related reporting compliance.
Employee Relations & Investigations:
Serve as an experience resource to employees and supervisors regarding workplace concerns, HR policies and employee relations matters including, assisting with disciplinary processes, providing support, appropriate documentation, and guidance to supervisors regarding corrective actions. Conduct prompt, thorough, and confidential investigations. Identify potential HR risks and support leadership in mitigating employee relations issues before escalation. Extensive knowledge of human resources management principles including talent management and employee evaluation. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as UKG and Paycom for payroll processing and data administration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster collaboration across teams. Utilizing ATS systems for efficient recruiting and processing onboarding workflows. Additional Requirements Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory verification of prior employment history. Pay:
$65,123.00 - $78,428.86 per year
