Full-Time Job Overview Big Wave Roofing & Solar is a fast-growing roofing and solar company in the Northeast, and we're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help build and support our team as we scale. This role is critical in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruiting efforts, and ensuring a strong employee experience across all departments.
