HR Human Resources We are seeking an experienced HR Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in staffing and scheduling within a healthcare setting.
HR Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and support staff. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and challenges. Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
HR Requirements:
Proven experience as an Human Resource in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
