• Execute operational People & Culture activities, collaborating with other Specialists as needed to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.

Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at unit/function level including legally required trainings Ensure local employer communication activities including events are consistent, well perceived and build on the IKEA brand Deploy services that are required to be executed at a local level such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration Manage local on
