Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) Piscataway, NJ | Direct Hire | Full-Time | Fully Onsite United Staffing Solutions is representing a growing packaging manufacturer and retailer seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity starting immediately for an HR professional who can work independently with minimal training in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Salary:

$58,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience Responsibilities for the

HR Generalist:

Processing payroll for approximately 124 hourly employees and 33 salaried employees Handling child support orders, garnishments, and payroll-related deductions Managing workers' compensation claims and incident reports Supporting employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Preparing verification of employment letters and employment documentation Maintaining organized employee files and HR records through SharePoint Running employee and payroll-related reports Handling OSHA form filings and liaising during OSHA investigations Communicating with the Department of Labor and providing requested reports Recruiting through Indeed, walk-ins, and employee referrals Screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees Supporting HR compliance and day-to-day HR operations Managing HR processes for both onsite and remote employees Requirements for the

HR Generalist:

Minimum 2 years of HR and payroll experience required Experience processing New Jersey payroll is

Strong understanding of NJ labor laws and compliance requirements Bilingual Spanish/English

REQUIRED
