Monday-Friday Responsibilities:
Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing candidates Evaluating and assessing potential candidates Interviewing prospective candidates Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements Build employee/manager relationships Generating leads and market intelligence Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding Provide timecard support Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time
Requirements:
Prior Recruiting experience Bachelor's degree (BA) Ability to meet established performance requirements Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Bilingual Spanish / English required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
