Regional Onboarding Specialist (Senior Living) - Hiring ASAP! Multi-Site Role | Travel Required Full-Time | Growth Opportunity Make a Lasting First Impression—Every Single Day. A rapidly growing senior living organization is actively seeking a Regional Onboarding Specialist to support multiple communities across the region. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll be the driving force behind a seamless, welcoming, and compliant onboarding experience for every new hire. If you thrive in a people-focused role, enjoy traveling, and want to play a key part in building strong teams across multiple locations—this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across multiple communities Act as the go-to contact for all new employees, ensuring a positive and engaging first experience Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements (backgrounds, drug screens, credentials, etc.) Facilitate new hire orientations (onsite) Partner with HR, Recruiting, and community leadership to ensure a smooth transition from offer to start date Maintain accurate, compliant employee records Travel to communities to support onboarding, hiring events, and urgent staffing needs Continuously improve onboarding workflows to enhance the employee experience and retention One weekend required every three months What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or recruiting support Experience in healthcare, senior living, or skilled nursing strongly preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Willing and able to travel regionally Why You'll Love This Role Competitive salary + full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off + holidays Travel support Join a supportive, collaborative team Be part of a growing organization where your work truly makes an impact Help shape the employee experience from day one Apply Today If you're ready to take ownership of a critical function and help build strong, engaged teams across senior living communities—we want to hear from you.
