We are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who shares that mission

• someone who sees HR technology not just as a system to manage, but as a powerful tool to help our people programs run better so we can serve our community better. What You'll Do You'll be the go-to expert for our HRIS
• leading optimization, driving efficiency, and empowering our HR team with insights that matter. Day to day, you'll: Own and optimize our ADP Workforce Now platform
• managing configurations, integrations, updates, and day-to-day operations with precision. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that turn HR data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Champion data integrity through regular audits
• ensuring every record is accurate, secure, and compliant.

Identify and implement automation opportunities across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, recruiting, performance, certifications, and more. Manage all required federal and state compliance reporting, including EEOC and the NJ Smart Report. Create and deliver training programs that empower staff and managers to get the most from our HR systems. Collaborate with external vendors to handle system migrations, new integrations, and platform enhancements. Maintain confidential personnel records for current, former, and future employees with the highest standards of accuracy and discretion.

What We're Looking For Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst Solid working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis: data validation, aggregation, descriptive statistics, and content analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can present technical findings to non-technical audiences High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Ability to juggle multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines Preferred (Bonus Points!): Master's degree in a related field Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical analysis software Why Spectrum360?
