Job Description
Posting Details Interviews are anticipated to be conducted within one (1) week of closing date. Why does the job exist? Position will process District One Human Resource transactions and employee benefits with strict adherence to confidentiality, policies, guidelines and provide excellent customer service. Assist Management and employees with filling vacancies and other Human Resource and employee benefit related functions as assigned. How does it get done? By performing various Human Resource functions such as Benefits and Recruitment. Who are the customers? District One Employees, the General Office and the Public. Ideal Candidate District One Employees, the General Office and the Public. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any field. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid Driver' s License. Business reference check and Driver's License verification are also required, and employment is conditional pending results. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage with standing for extended periods of time may be required.
