Full Time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation in complex and often emotionally charged matters. This role requires exceptional listening skills, strong judgment, and the ability to gather critical information while providing a supportive and reassuring experience. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred to meet the needs of a diverse client community. This is a key client facing position within a litigation focused firm known for its strategic approach and high standards. The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in shaping the client's first impression and ensuring that potential cases are evaluated thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess case viability and urgency Ask structured and legally relevant questions with professionalism and empathy Document client information with precision and clarity Identify red flags, risk factors, and case strengths during initial conversations Coordinate consultations and ensure smooth transitions to attorneys and case managers Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm protocols Manage follow ups and communication with potential clients in a timely manner Ideal Background Experience in legal intake, case evaluation, or a high level customer engagement role Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess information quickly Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence Ability to remain composed during sensitive or emotional conversations Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredSimilar jobs in Las Vegas, NV
