Summary:
About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst (8 Month Temporary Assignment, Full-Time, Non-Benefitted) to support our team during an important period of system implementation and transition. In this role, you'll help ensure our HR systems are configured correctly, running smoothly, and delivering the data and insights our teams rely on every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working behind the scenes to make systems more efficient. Your work will play a key role in helping employees and leaders access accurate information and a seamless HR experience. The role offers an annual salary rate of $93,659, adjusted proportionally to reflect the 8-month term of the position. What You'll Do You'll partner with HR and other teams to support system updates, improve processes, and keep things running effectively during a time of change. In this role, you will: Support system implementation projects, with a focus on configuration, testing, and stabilization Maintain and update HR system settings to ensure accuracy and functionality Configure Workday and support ongoing enhancements. Identify ways to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency Create and update reports to support business needs and ensure compliance Troubleshoot system issues and help resolve them quickly Provide guidance and support to HR staff and other users on system-related questions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with organizational needs What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, while also understanding the people side of HR. You'll do well in this role if you're curious, organized, and comfortable navigating technical tools. Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or 2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or 3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools.
