Year-round Internship Compensation :
Paid This internship offers hands-on experience across a broad range of Human Resources functions. The Human Resources Intern will support the Corporate HR team by assisting with ongoing projects, administrative tasks, and initiatives that contribute to the overall employee experience. Responsibilities Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and wellness initiatives Administer LinkedIn Learning licenses and prepare utilization reports Maintain disability-related files and communications in accordance with confidentiality requirements Assist with processing termination letters Manage the employee photo database and create ID badges for new hires Maintain employee files and conduct periodic audits Provide support on HR-related projects as needed Qualifications Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining confidentiality Work Schedule Minimum availability of 20 hours per week Ability to work full-time hours during the summer Education & Experience Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program Major in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
