Human Resource Specialist - Full-Time, 7 Psychiatry Locations, 100+ Employees Competitive Salary. Join our rapidly expanding psychiatric medical practice as an Assistant/ Human Resources Manager and help lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. ________________________________________ About Us We are a large, well-established psychiatric group with over 95 employees across six thriving locations. Known for our compassionate, high-quality mental health services, we're continuing to grow — and we're looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented Assistant Manager with some Human Resources experience to help support daily operations, supervise staff, and contribute to long-term practice success. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and goal setting. Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and HR best practices. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Handbook updates. ________________________________________ Requirements 5+ years of HR experience preferred. Bachelors in Healthcare Management, Human Resources of equivalent or five plus years experience Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Techsavvy:
