In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing human capital initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support strategic organizational growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about developing talent, managing employee relations, and implementing innovative HR solutions to enhance overall workforce management. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, utilizing platforms like ADP or Paychex. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and affirmative action planning requirements. Support HRIS data collection and entry to maintain accurate personnel records using systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Assist in organizational design projects and change management strategies to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Taleo, UltiPro, or Paylocity; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations includingFMLA, OSHA
standards, and workers' compensation procedures. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and conflict management across diverse teams. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft; proficiency in data collection and reporting is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to organizational changes through effective change management strategies.
